Language game in the Russian and Chinese jokes

Article is devoted to research of language game on an example of Russian and Chinese jokes. The author has defined speech features of a joke as comic folklore genre, has stated objectives and functions of language game in speeches, principles of the analysis of language game in jokes on the basis of classification of used receptions. In article receptions of creation of language game in Russian and Chinese jokes are analysed, classified and compared. By results of comparison of texts it is drawn a conclusion on similarity and distinction of receptions of creation of language game of jokes in Russian and Chinese languages.
